A feed looks consistent when the same few decisions repeat. You do not need dozens of designs. You need a small system that anyone on the team can use without asking, “does this look right?”

Pick five templates

  • A quote or key-message post.

  • A product or feature highlight.

  • A before-and-after or result post.

  • A short list or tips carousel.

  • An announcement or event post.

Fix the parts that should never change

Decide the logo position, the margins, the font sizes for headline and body, and two or three background styles. Write them down once. Every template then inherits the same bones.

Leave room for the part that should change

The message and the image change every time. Give them a clear place to live. When the container is fixed and the content is flexible, speed and consistency stop fighting each other.

Consistency is just good decisions, made once and reused.

Review the system every quarter. Retire what is not used, and add one new template only when a real need appears.
