- Step 3, request designs: the client submits requests whenever needed. The average turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
- Step 4, download the files: the client is notified when work is ready and downloads production-ready assets and the original source files from the workspace.
Requests are worked one at a time in the order of the client’s priority, and the client can reorder the queue at any time. Larger projects are broken into clear requests and delivered one by one. Feedback is given in one place and the designer revises until the work is right.
